Responsibilities

Provide detailed, timely, and accurate analysis for month-end and quarter close results review vs budget, forecast, and prior year.

Understand and analyze the impact of foreign currency and translation impact on the financial results.

Prepare and provide financial statements and reporting packages monthly.

Perform variance analysis and communicate key issues and trends.

Coordinate with Regions and Management companies to analyze and report accurate forecasts.

Special projects and analysis as assigned.

Communicate, research, and resolve subsidiary and regional inquiries related to US GAAP and company policy.

Support year-end audit with international subsidiaries and regional offices.

Collaborate with IT on reporting software updates and developments related to system upgrades, financial reporting, and required improvements.

Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

Support regions and subsidiaries to address reporting and training needs.

Propose process improvement solutions for system applications.
