Responsibilities
Act as a key business partner to functional leaders and their direct reports including becoming a functional expert, prep and participation in monthly functional financial reviews, tracking cost-saving initiatives, and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Perform month-end close analysis by working with functional leaders and Centralized Accounting to assess/adjust accrual need and perform variance analysis vs. prior year, budget, and forecast/outlook.
Develop monthly functional Outlook/Forecast, participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Budget process, and own the region capital expenditure process.
Partner with the QMS function on cost-savings initiatives, collaborate with Operations Finance, Centralized Accounting, and Fixed Assets, maintain existing SOPs and develop new ones, drive process improvement, and provide ad hoc support.
Commit to personal development through the continuous maintenance of an Individual Development Plan, engaging in training and learning opportunities, and having an active mentoring relationship.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
