Responsibilities
Act as a key business partner to functional leaders and their direct reports.
Perform month-end close analysis including variance analysis and outlook/forecast development.
Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Budget process.
Manage the region capital expenditure process and fixed asset activities.
Partner with various teams for cost-savings initiatives and process improvements.
Maintain existing SOPs and develop new ones for the areas of responsibilities.
Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Commit to personal development through training, learning, and mentoring.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
