Responsibilities

Accurate and timely processing and recording of customer invoices

Monitoring and following up on overdue customer accounts

Preparing and submitting invoices to customers

Reviewing and verifying invoices and purchase orders

Processing vendor payments and ensuring timely disbursement

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements

Reconciling bank statements and other financial records

Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures

Entering financial transactions into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy

Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for financial records

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies

Responding to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding financial matters

Providing general administrative assistance to the accounting department

Required

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role.

Proficiency in ad hoc financial analysis and complex financial analysis.

Capability to analyze financial statements, annual audited financial statements, and consolidated financial statements.

Experience in creating complex financial models and developing financial models.

Knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards Board regulations.

Expertise in financial allocation, financial analysis, and financial analytics.

Familiarity with credit risk management, credit risk models, and financial risk.

Understanding of investment risk and liquidity risk management.

Experience in budgeting, cash forecasting, and economic forecasting.

Proficiency in forecasting and modeling.

Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) and corporate financial planning.

Ability to prepare annual financial plans and reports.

Experience with external financial reports and audited financial statements.

Ability to work in a team and possess strong communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Strong understanding of regulatory standards within the finance industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
