Responsibilities
Possess the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data, enabling evidence-based decision-making
Improve business results through creating best-in-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling
Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics. This includes conducting A/B testing, performing insights analysis, and developing dashboards
Monitor and maintain the integrity of a wide range of tools and models used to streamline workflows and personalize the player experience, in collaboration with other data analysts and scientists in the org.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline, partner with data engineering to implement validation and error-handling procedures. Automate data extraction to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and deliver actionable insights

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years experience in Data Analytics
3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, i.e., SQL and Python
3+ years of experience building well-designed dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software.
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple takeaways and are not hesitant to voice your point of view
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are required
Analytical Skills: Ability to work independently, think objectively, and interpret meaningful and insightful narratives from both quantitative as well as qualitative data
Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate as well as distill data into actionable information to drive results
Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Ability to apply rigorous logic and sound methods to solve multi-faceted problems with effective solutions
Relationship Building: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners, inclusive of senior members of management with ability to influence at all levels
Presentation Skills: Effective in a variety of presentation settings including one-on-one, small, and large groups.
Technical Skills: SQL, Tableau, Snowflake and Pigment a plus
Preferred
High proficiency with FP&A system, especially Pigment Planning
2+ years of investment banking, management consulting or experience within the finance team of a technology company
Prior experience with SalesForce.com or ERP/NetSuite
Prior experience in a high-growth high tech/software/SaaS organization
