Responsibilities

Execute replenishment and operational strategies across the collective Lume and retailer Supply Chain.

Maximize Target instock position, forecast existing and new items, plan promotions/events, and manage ongoing business.

Build enhanced reporting and inventory analytics.

Serve as a collaborative bridge between external replenishment and internal partners.

Guide and track all aspects of retailer forecasts and conduct detailed replenishment analysis.

Maintain reporting on Forecasting SKU's, Gross Revenue, and On-hand status.

Identify opportunities for retail operational process improvements and drive implementation.

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to drive supply and demand collaboration.

Refine the demand handoff process to supply chain and elevate communication and execution of strategy.

Gain expertise on Blue Yonder, SAP, Looker, and other shared tools.

Be a thought leader in avoiding operations roadblocks and providing actionable insights.

Mentor and cross-train team members where needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in an analytical, planning, data-driven and customer heavy role.

Extensive experience working with retail partners, specifically Target in a high volume, high interaction, supplier partner role.

Experience in demand planning with predictive analytic software; JDA, E3, or Blue Yonder is a plus.

Preferred

SAP or Looker experience is a bonus
