Responsibilities

Serve as the Fortinet subject matter expert

Design, implement, and manage Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex network security issues

Work closely with the client's IT and security teams to assess network infrastructure

Recommend enhancements and optimizations based on best practices

Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for client personnel

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies

Assist in the integration of Fortinet products with other technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba)

Support the client in network security audits and compliance initiatives

Stay updated with the latest Fortinet technologies and industry trends

Proactively provide recommendations to improve network security posture

Lead initiatives to enhance network performance and security
