Responsibilities

Strong JavaScript knowledge (event delegation, promises, hoisting, closures, etc.)

Proficiency in front-end JS frameworks (Backbone, Vue)

Experience with utility libraries (jQuery, Lo-dash/underscore)

Familiarity with cross-browser techniques (HTML, JS, CSS, SCSS/SASS)

Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and how to fix them (polyfills, babel)

Understanding of session management (cookies, session/local storage)

Familiarity with front-end build tools (Gulp and Webpack)

Experience with testing frameworks (Mocha / Chai)

Proficiency in state management (VUEX)

Working knowledge of code versioning tools (Git)

Experience in error handling and front-end validation

Experience with npm and node.js.

Experience consuming and assisting in the design of APIs

Ability to expand/update build tooling and front-end architecture

Full SDLC experience including story refinement, development, and CI/CD delivery

Experience with JIRA/Confluence
