Responsibilities
Design digital and print assets that may include illustrations, interactive graphics, and learning materials.
Collaborate closely with Curriculum and Design teams to evaluate and align visual designs with educational goals.
Develop and maintain brand identity across our library, ensuring consistency and alignment with Marketing and Platform.
Create UI/UX design mockups, icons, and graphics optimized for online learning platforms.
Incorporate feedback from educators and students to refine designs and enhance user engagement.
Other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
Experience with K-12 education content or EdTech platforms.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, tailored for young audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem solving.
Preferred
Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS basics.
Understanding of accessibility standards for educational content.
