Responsibilities

Build and execute a comprehensive plan to drive improved Share of Wallet (SoW) with Big6 agency groups across IX locales, with an outsized focus on driving AdTech adoption as a key growth lever to improve our strategic agency partnerships.
Aggregate priorities, headwinds, and needs across international locales to feed into Global Customer Development teams’ annual planning processes.
Work closely with global product teams that own AdTech roadmaps across planning (Reach Curve, Persona Builder), buying (DSP Campaign Management), and measurement (AMC) products to build a comprehensive POV on product availability and efficacy in IX locales.
Work closely with Enterprise Deals stakeholders on both scaled tracking of performance against global agency deals and ensuring AdTech product roadmaps line up with inclusion in Deals.
Work closely with Deals stakeholders to ensure IX agencies are including in Market Development Fund resource allocation to drive AdTech adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax) to effectively manage contractual and cost implications of incentivizing Agency adoption of our AdTech stack.
Oversee scaled mechanisms to share learnings across ICAA agency teams, including performance by HoldCo/OpCo, Ads product lines, and stakeholder groups.

Required

5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

8+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on media.
Deep understanding of both Amazon AdTech solutions, in particular Amazon DSP and AMC tools.
Deep understanding of and strong contacts within the Big6 agency landscape at a global and/or country level.
A proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex programs to meet business objectives and a demonstrated ability to translate strategic initiatives into detailed operational plans.
Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.
