Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

Lead the talent acquisition processes, to include initial screening, interview, preparing offer packages, pre-employment checks, approvals, coordinate and facilitate orientation, and onboarding

Create and update job descriptions and job postings.

Track recruiting metrics to identify best candidate sources.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future positions.

Implement creative solutions for hard to fill roles.

Conduct targeted outreach to highly qualified candidates.

Maintain the corporate organizational charts.

Provide HR support to global team.

Manage benefits across the organization.

Administer performance management and progressive discipline processes.

Conduct employer relations best practices including coaching, mentoring, performance improvement plans, and terminations.

Work with leadership to ensure the company has market-based compensation systems.

Management of employee communication sessions as required.

Develop and conduct various training programs.

Support administration with payroll and benefits tasks.

Lead and support junior members of the HR team.

Coordinate events focused on employee engagement and recognition.

Suggest new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations.

Administrative reporting as required.
