Responsibilities
Responsible for the following state: Florida
Establish strong relationships with customers across multiple trade channels
Build an organized and disciplined territory coverage plan based on our strategic tiering system
Strategically partner with dealers on selling best practices
Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to sales team members
Submit accurate territory forecasts within defined timeline
Prepare sales reports, customer reports, expense reports as directed
Attend sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested
Provide timely communication and preeminent customer service
Manage territory expenses within a budget
Work effectively with customer service, marketing, and operations departments

Required
At least 6 years of outside sales/account management experience
Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives
Self-starter, self-motivated with strong time management skills
Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented
Must currently reside in one of the following states: Florida
Willingness to travel up to 50% of time on the road to customers
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Outdoor and sporting goods experience
Premium consumer products experience
