Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of an IBM iSeries (AS400) environment.
Basic knowledge of Windows applications & Windows Systems knowledge.
Exposure to working on Incident tickets, Problem tickets, Change tickets, and Request Tickets
Application Change assessment and validation during change windows over the week and weekend.
Monitors operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and company/department policies and procedures.
Ensures professional and courteous support services are delivered to promote a productive and positive relationship with end users.
Must be detail-oriented and customer-driven, focusing on providing the highest quality services to internal customers.
Knowledge of network and application designs
Exposure to creating cabling diagrams
Other related duties assigned as needed.

Knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS400) servers (required)
Basic Windows Server functionalities.
