Required
8 - Experience programming with Java/J2EE and web programming concepts
8 - Experience in software development
8 - Knowledge of Linux operating Systems, Apache Tomcat, webservices, DB2 database, writing and executing complex SQL queries
8 - Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
8 - Effective oral and written communication
8 - Working in a team environment and ability to communicate and assist with training other team members.
6 - Experience guiding and recommending Application Architecture and Standardization
4 - Experience with JIRA and JAMA
