Responsibilities
Drive public company readiness initiatives for the legal team, preparing Vercel for a potential IPO.
Lead public company reporting in the event that Vercel goes public.
Oversee and execute M&A transactions and strategic transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
Assist with general corporate matters, employment, equity and other legal and cross-functional initiatives.
Help to create the workflows, processes, and policies that will enable us to scale as we grow.

Required
8+ years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
Significant experience leading SEC reporting and M&A transactions.
Highly strategic, practical, and detail oriented.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Bonus if you have worked at companies with similar technology and/or growth profile to Vercel.
Located in SF Bay Area and able to come to Vercel’s downtown SF office at least 2 days/week
