Responsibilities

Manage a loan portfolio to mitigate risk and develop workout/liquidation strategies for problem loans.

Review and analyze loan documentation, financial statements, and borrower information to assess risk and quantify repayment capacity.

Maintain constructive interaction with regulators and work with professionals to maximize return on collateral secured loans.

Support departmental continuous improvement efforts and participate in community service activities.

Communicate workout strategies and portfolio observations to LOB and Credit Executives.

Mentor and develop Asset Recovery staff through effective teaching and coaching skills.
