Responsibilities

Responsible for developing channel go-to market strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, identifying channel needs, and planning for the necessary resources.
Build and document key processes. Solely responsible for enforcing adherence to the team.
Partner with the Platform Leader to build a marketing and technology roadmap to support ASM teams.
Evaluating the performance of current partner agencies and developing action plans to drive performance as per forecasted plan.
Own agency channel onboarding processes and training, development, and delivery strategy.
Forecast production for corporate planning.
Escalate issues, bugs, blockers, and various topics important to channel success.
Manage channel sales contests and incentive programs, sign off on payouts, and communicate as needed to stakeholders.
Responsible for managing program staff and resources. This involves hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as leading teams toward achieving program objectives.

Responsible for maintaining communication with all stakeholders, partners, and participants.
Prepare and present regular reports on channel progress and outcomes.
Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date, request changes and enhancements to Salesforce admin as needed.
Ensure performance data is accurate and up to date, request changes and enhancements to reporting admin as needed.
Ensure incentive data is tracked, accurate, and up to date.
Provide a weekly program report to the insurance leader using the template provided which details the agency pipeline, performance, incentive payouts, market feedback, and other details that are important to communicate.
Represent agency channel as a business owner in regular meetings – update and present materials, answer questions, celebrate wins, etc.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
7+ years of sales experience
7+ years of leadership experience

Preferred

Agency management experience
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
Familiarity with the insurance industry
