Responsibilities
Build and scale Capital Markets Product offering
Drive the growth of Crux’s second business line, ensuring its rapid adoption in 2025-2026.
Serve as a product specialist, advising developers on structuring, due diligence, and executing capital markets transactions.
Lead transaction execution, including deal structuring, market strategy, and diligence processes.
Work independently with counterparties and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and closings.
Gather and synthesize feedback from developers, manufacturers, and investors to inform product iterations and capital markets strategy.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design software solutions that enhance transaction efficiency.
Contribute to webinars, whitepapers, and industry conferences to position Crux as a leader in capital markets.
Support the rollout of new capital markets offerings through formalized processes and marketing initiatives.

Required
Deep knowledge of structuring and executing debt/equity transactions, with the ability to lead complex deals.
Strong understanding of financial product dynamics and investor motivations.
Ability to innovate and evolve transaction structures to meet market demand.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities with developers, lenders, and investors.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end deal processes and align stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the capability to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
