Responsibilities

Create relationships with executive stakeholders to understand their business strategy, voice, and priorities.

Craft emotional, relevant, and memorable omni-channel content and stories, continually experimenting and evolving to drive engagement and business impact.

Ensure work flows seamlessly and utilize listening, evaluation tools, and analysis to keep us iterating and innovating.

Offer strategic guidance on messaging, channels, and creative content strategies to boost engagement and inspire employee action. This includes planning and executing all-team meetings, leadership meetings, and various engagement experiences.

Collaborate with global communications, business partners, executives, and stakeholders to create inspiring, effective, and engaging communications.

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.

10 years of experience in communications.

Proven experience working with senior executives.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.

Passion for storytelling and creating content that drives participatory change.

Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment.
