Responsibilities

Establish a scalable acquisition marketing function that delivers measurable results.

Improve the inbound marketing funnel and boost conversion rates to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with the content team to enhance performance marketing activities and drive lead generation.

Oversee all paid acquisition efforts, including managing agency relationships and demand generation strategies.

Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist to develop and execute field and digital marketing events that create demand.

Work closely with the content team to optimize inbound traffic and conversions.

Own marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and operational efficiency.

Create and launch high-impact campaigns, develop metrics for success, and continuously iterate for improvement.

Required

10+ years in marketing with a proven focus on demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.

Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on complex information.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to inspire and influence.

Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics tools.

Hands-on experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Expertise in search engine optimization and driving organic growth.

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
