Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation

Develop and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with business goals

Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks

Establish best practices and standards for automation processes

Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Oversee the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test scripts

Ensure thorough testing of software applications to meet quality standards

Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution

Provide regular updates to senior management on QA activities and project statuses
