Responsibilities
Optimize Marketing Processes: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing functions.
Manage Marketing Technology: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum utilization.
Data Management and Analysis: Ensure data integrity across marketing systems, analyze marketing data to provide insights, and support decision-making.
Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing regular updates on key metrics and campaign performance.
Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Lead Nurturing and Scoring: Develop and optimize lead nurturing and scoring programs to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, analytics and customer success teams to ensure marketing alignment with broader company objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
