Responsibilities

Innovate new platforms for BU evaluations

Support NPI developments

Support all Quality related investigations requiring fundamental scientific acumen

Support manufacturing in troubleshooting exercises to mitigate product performance issues

Collaborate with global organizations either Universities, Centers of Excellence, or government labs

Publish trend-setting documents for customer-facing white papers, international conferences, or peer-reviewed journals

Establish a team of curious researchers whose passion is to discover what most necessarily solves our customers' most pressing problems

Required

Ph.D. in Science or Engineering field

Management experience of 5 years or greater

Minimum 5+ years' experience in Research and development in the life science or bioprocess market

Proven success in forming influencing interdepartmental relationships to achieve desire outcomes

Demonstrated leadership experience within a region or product line and an eye for business with analytical abilities to draw conclusions and observations from sales and market trends

Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications skills, training, and public speaking experience, a requirement

Knowledge of bioproduction space and competitive landscape
