Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dashboards to centralize reporting and make data accessible to stakeholders across the organization, promoting transparency and collaboration.

Develop and align data strategies with overall business objectives.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), define reporting requirements, and implement the tools necessary to capture and report on performance.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing robust validation, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present data insights and provide actionable recommendations, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of analytics initiatives.

Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.

Serve as a key liaison with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of data analytics solutions.

Stay informed on emerging industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Marketing Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Management/Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

At least 7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with expertise in tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

Experience with implementation and reporting capabilities of Google Analytics (GA4, GTM, etc).

Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development.

In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, including architecture, implementation, and optimization for business intelligence purposes.
