Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for generating a new customer pipeline and building customer relationships by leveraging all ACERTUS portfolio of service lines.
Prospect with a "farmer" mentality and generate new and existing sales opportunities through proper discovery, understanding key decision makers and determining the appropriate solution for each potential customer
Meet existing and new business revenue goals by owning sales pipeline from inception to implementation
Independently qualify and successfully progress leads through a lengthy and often complex sales cycle
Lead and participate in face-to-face meetings & proposals with customers at all leadership levels
Develop tailored solutions focused on delivering value & supporting customer’s business
Partner with internal team to create a solution based on customer needs, including appropriate pricing strategy, solution implementation and future customer growth potential
Project manage opportunities from inception to final implementation
Generate and nurture effective relationships with corporate decision makers
Network in professional settings, including attending conferences to developing sales leads
Personal responsibility to manage change

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in logistics preferred
Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative selling to all management levels including C Suite
Enthusiastic, competitive, self-starter, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic
Strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen
Ability to collaborate internally with all stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Willingness to travel up to 50% required
