Responsibilities

Performing Business Continuity Program tasks, governance, and oversight, including facilitating business impact analysis, conducting risk assessments, enacting remediation plans and more

Coordinating the annual update and review of business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand critical business processes and ensure that disaster recovery/business continuity plans align with business needs

Assisting business units to develop Continuity & Recovery Plans

Creating & Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders

Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management/executive leadership on the status of this program

Required

8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of risk management, business continuity principles, best practices and methodologies

Have proven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Have an exceptional understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, and how they relate to business processes

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Demonstrate capability to manage complex programs and projects across multiple functions
