Responsibilities
Partner with and influence R&D, Procurement, and other functions to develop and deploy the short/long-term supplier management strategy.
Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to solve engineering issues, lead proactive supply development activities, and develop best engineering practices for industrialization.
Mentor and grow the team, implement development plans for high potential direct reports, engage and influence site leadership and stakeholders, address supply issues with urgency, and manage department budget and resource allocation.

Required
Bachelor of Engineering degree (Master's Degree preferred)
5+ years of experience as a people leader with a medical device company
At least 5 years in manufacturing engineering, Quality, research & development
Hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience
Responsible for multisite operations
Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
