Responsibilities

• Campaign Performance : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Reporting & Marketing Trackers : Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value — giving the marketing team a comprehensive view of campaign success.
• A/B Testing : Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies and tactics.
• Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing quality standards. Work closely with Engineering and Web Development teams to implement and validate our marketing event tracking systems.

Required

3+ years of verifiable experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on marketing analytics
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis (experience with BigQuery is a huge plus)
Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with marketing analytics tools like Hyros, Triple Whale, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and/or other event-based behavioral analytics tools such as Snowplow
Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search
Familiarity with attribution methods, including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models.
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading the design and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
