Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to increase pipeline and drive sales growth for First American Data & Analytics.
Align marketing programs with the sales funnel to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Identify, segment, and target key audiences to maximize campaign ROI.
Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and ABM.
Optimize paid and organic lead generation tactics, leveraging SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
Develop and execute nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
Partner with sales to create demand generation programs aligned with revenue goals.
Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including white papers, case studies, videos, and landing pages.
Support sales enablement by delivering targeted content and tools to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with product teams to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for go-to-market and marketing campaigns.
Create product-specific marketing assets, such as case studies, white papers, and solution briefs, to support go-to-market initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline revenue.
Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, measure, and optimize demand generation efforts.
Continuously refine programs based on data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
Test and scale new lead generation channels, tools, and tactics to expand opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong knowledge of direct marketing, ABM, content marketing, and SEO/SEM best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
