Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Management, or related field required
4-6+ years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis and reporting
Proficiency with SAS and MS Office
Experience working with large volumes of data
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Project management experience
Energy, drive, and passion for customer experience improvement
Excellent collaborative skills and ability to influence management decisions
Strong communication skills with all audiences
