Responsibilities

Manage technical sustainment and development activities for a large government entity
Customize Oracle EBS System using OA Framework, Personalization, Triggers, Workflow, Java, Alerts and PL/SQL
Administration of BitBucket/GIT Repository
Administration of Checkmarx/Black Duck vulnerabilities investigation and remediation
Development of Web Services using BPEL technologies
Development of solutions using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Creation of System Design Documents
Creation of Functional and Technical Implementation Documents
Creation and updating of Administration and Architecture Guides
Creation and updating of System Configuration Documentation

Required

Minimum of 15 years in consulting and implementing Oracle EBS
Minimum of 10 years customizing Oracle EBS 12.2.9 in a Multi-Site Environment
Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and TCA (PL/SQL, API's and Stored Procedures)
General technical knowledge of Web Services Business Process Execution Language (WS-BPEL)
General technical knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
General technical knowledge of Web Services Description Language (WSDL)
General technical knowledge of Oracle Applications Express (APEX)
General Functional Knowledge of Oracle TCA, iStore, Quoting, Order Management, Inventory and Advance Pricing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong team collaborator
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to complete activities with a sense of urgency
Expert in MS Office
