Responsibilities

Monitor tickets daily to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction levels are met

Manage timely resolution of customer issues, including handling escalations and implementing remedial procedures

Assist in managing quarterly processes and maintaining standard operating procedures

Oversee training requirements for Managed Payroll Specialists and train new employees on systems

Adhere to proper segregation of duties, prepare for audits, and be an escalation resource for specialists

Attend client calls, manage performance appraisals, and maintain service level agreements

Contribute to a positive work environment, assist with special projects, and meet quality metrics
