Sr. PCI Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the organization’s PCI compliance program
Conduct PCI readiness assessments for new and existing business lines. Identify gaps, develop remediation actions, and ensure PCI compliance.
Audit preparation and support: Facilitate internal and external PCI audits, manage remediation efforts, and serve as a point of contact for assessors.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance as a PCI subject matter resource
Develop and update PCI related policies and security documentation as required

Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7+ years in IT security or compliance, with direct PCI DSS experience required.
Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and vulnerability management.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred
QSA, PCIP, CISA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.
