Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems for new buildings and renovations within the Healthcare market, focusing on hospitals and medical office buildings.
Lead projects from technical, administrative, and financial perspectives.
Ensure compliance with California Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code, California Energy Code, HCAi codes, NFPA-99, and other relevant regulations.
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD for project execution.

Required
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred
California P.E. or CPD registration preferred
Working Knowledge of California Plumbing Code
Working Knowledge of National Plumbing Code
Working Knowledge of California Energy Code
Working Knowledge of HCAi codes, standards, PINS, and CANS
Working Knowledge of NFPA-99
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working Knowledge of Bluebeam
Working Knowledge of Revit
Preferred
P.E. registration in other states a plus
AutoCAD a plus
