Responsibilities

Play a critical part in growing the Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice at Slalom.

Help envision the future of Procurement through innovative thought leadership and deliver projects for the supply chain organization of globally located clients.

Work with senior client executives to develop strategies and deliver supply chain initiatives focused on procurement.

Required

8+ years in top-tier management consulting with executive level leadership experience in industry.

Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; experience in a project leadership role a plus.

Experience managing projects and programs with multiple workstream and cross functional resources.

Entrepreneurial and achievement-oriented with strong leadership skills and a desire for continued growth and learning in career.

A relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders

Driven to delivering excellent work product and a consistently high level of service

Preferred

Experience of working with procurement package and/or ERP solutions, agile delivery, data & analytics, and change management are a plus.

Travel requirements: 30%
