Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth structural analysis, loading tree assessments, and wire sag/tension calculations to ensure optimal design.

Develop comprehensive design criteria and specifications, guiding the team towards innovative and efficient solutions.

Oversee quality control reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Foster strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and success.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or actively pursuing it.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in high-voltage overhead transmission line routing and design.

Mastery of Power Line Systems software (PLS, PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE) for designing 69kV to 500kV overhead lines.

In-depth knowledge of drilled pier foundation design.

Familiarity with industry standards such as NESC, IEC, CSA, IEEE, ANSI, IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI 318.
