Responsibilities

Building and managing high-quality product roadmaps

Gaining support for strategy and roadmap from stakeholders

Creating program goals, tracking progress, and managing obstacles

Communicating performance, executing root-cause analysis, and linking to improvement areas

Executing launches of new features

Partnering with key stakeholders to define product strategy

Promoting data-driven decision-making

Addressing barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders

Partnering with other teams to identify and influence development of new products and services

Acting as an ambassador for SCOT

Sharing best practices with other Amazon teams

Required

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
