Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.

Define a 12-month product roadmap and specify product requirements for top-tier user experience.

Conduct market analysis, refine product vision, and ensure competitiveness and innovation.

Gather insights from various teams to prioritize improvements and enhance customer experience.

Build cross-functional relationships and processes to drive projects forward.

Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams for a high-quality product.

Encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation within the product team.

Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives leveraging technological advancements.

Work with Regulatory, Quality, and Healthcare Compliance teams for ongoing compliance.

Required

5+ years experience in a product management role.

Experience with web and mobile app development practices.

Laser focus on crafting high-quality products.

Experience working with marketing teams to craft strong messaging and positioning.

Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, from C-level to individual contributors.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to evangelize a compelling product vision to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

Enthusiasm and creativity to inspire others.

Ability to work from 23andMe's office in Sunnyvale, CA a minimum of 3 days per week.
