Responsibilities
Leading the development and launch of our Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (PBF) product from inception to market
Understanding and synthesizing the needs of our budget market and customers
Developing a shared product vision and strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders
Partnering with other Product Managers to ensure Unison’s portfolio of product roadmaps meets the needs of the PBF business unit
Creating the business case and rationale for product investments
Collaborating with Product Development to deliver successful products/features
Continuously improving the Product Management team and function
Advising subject matter experts to drive the best outcomes

Required
5+ years’ experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and launching software products from zero to one
SaaS experience is required
Effective communication skills with multiple groups: customers, sales, executives, and engineers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Product problem-solving skills: ideating, creating, and evaluating solutions to customer needs
Business acumen: ability to evaluate market opportunities, calculate ROI, align product roadmaps to business goals, define OKRs, and create business cases for product investments
Track record of high achievement in prior jobs, projects, or academics
Flexibility to do the work that adds value over adherence to a job description
