Responsibilities

Manages product lifecycle from conception to release, iteration, and maintenance, prioritizing work to ensure delivery to expectations.

Partners with other product managers to deliver a cohesive incident experience for internal and external customers.

Acts as a subject matter expert, simplifying and streamlining incident reporting processes.

Develops and executes the product roadmap for incident reporting, aligning stakeholders to the vision.

Owns the on-road incident intake and reporting space, aligning stakeholders to the roadmap.

Contributes to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.

Collects required data at the first notice of incident, enabling downstream processes.

Accounts for financial, regulatory, and operational risk management related to the product.

Collaborates with internal customers and key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent support experience globally.

Required

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

2+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Experience or familiarity with telematics signals to include creation sources and event detection

Experience with omni-channel interaction data to include, but not limited to: call center operations and/or digital interaction flow-thru

Experience with logistics incident management, commercial insurance claims, corporate investigations, or similar disciplines
