Responsibilities
Ideate, develop, and write mid-to-bottom-of-funnel content like ebooks, white papers, and FAQs to engage prospects and convert leads into customers.
Collaborate with the demand generation team and content marketing team to create outlines for additional funnel-aligned content.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the content in driving conversions and iteratively improve based on performance data.
Collaborate on as well as craft messaging and positioning highlighting the value of our product to our target personas that can be used to drive additional content.
Develop clear and compelling internal content and sales tools, including training materials, objection-handling guides, cheat sheets, and sell sheets.
Understand and support our sales channel - ensure they have the resources, knowledge, and messaging needed to engage prospects effectively throughout the sales cycle.
Own management and organization of content within Highspot, our sales enablement tool/platform.
Understand the leave of absence and accommodations management competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Create competitive positioning documents and market analysis reports to guide sales teams and improve product positioning.
Assist in the creation and execution of target marketing campaigns or content informed by your research findings.
Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role.

Required
A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing
3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing is preferred, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to write high-quality long-form content, such as eBooks and white papers that resonates with target audiences.
Proven experience creating impactful sales collateral, including sell sheets, FAQs, talking points, and objection-handling materials. Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver what sales teams need most.
Exceptional writing, speaking, and presentation skills. Able to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messaging.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong cross-functional relationships across sales, ops, marketing, and product teams.
A detail-oriented approach to analyzing market and competitor data to uncover opportunities and influence campaigns and strategies.
