Responsibilities

Monitoring, updating, and reporting tasks in a Task Tracker system.
Assist with the development and management of technology transition plan documents.
Support integrated program control activities to ensure program and project management status information is effectively and efficiently portrayed in a timely manner through program reviews, performance metrics, program compliance, government stakeholder meetings, project presentations, and project status updates.
Support the government program leads including developing proposed responses for tasks, coordinating the draft responses with subject matter experts.
Support the government with the planning and development of senior level presentations and briefings.
Support the government in monitoring and ensuring all, schedule and technical performance measures.
Support the logistics for government meetings to include: preparing meeting presentations, organizing an agenda, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders; and taking meeting minutes.
Participate in government solution development meetings and compile government feedback.

Required

Bachelor’s and 10 years of experience; or Master’s and 5 years of experience
U.S. Citizen
TOP SECRET Clearance
DHS Suitability or ability to obtain DHS Suitability (will be required to start work)
Experience in Biometrics - or - Sensors and Platforms (surveillance, detection, alerting, and notification)
Experience in DHS S&T Directorate
Experience working remote in a professional team environment

Preferred

Master's Degree
Research Experience in Violent Extremists and Social Science (i.e., behavioral, economic, and risk factors on individual, social, and economic implications of technological advances and ways to increase adoption and use, as well as methods for countering violent extremism and terrorism prevention)
