Design, build, test, qualify, and refine key metrology and manufacturing technology and equipment.

Ensure industrialization of technology, resources, documentation, facility, and equipment necessary for the transition to long-term production.

B.S in Engineering

10 years of experience delivering complex program deliverables on time, on budget while meeting technical objectives

Strong product and process development experience in a high-tech environment

Successful execution of significant capital projects

Drive to achieve in a fast, high-tech environment.

Ability to sell, influence and collaborate in a cross-functional or matrix environment, driving and motivating the team to perform.

Your analytical and problem-solving capabilities

A proactive communication style that facilitates confidence in decision-making, particularly with senior leadership and customers

A bias for action, holding self and others accountable.

Preferred

Advanced technical degree or MBA

PMP Certification

Experience in optical design and assembly in a high-volume manufacturing operation
