Responsibilities
Lead the discovery phase, ensuring thorough stakeholder engagement to gather requirements.
Develop a detailed project roadmap, providing visibility on timelines, milestones, and decision points.
Identify and hire key project resources.
Manage communication across teams and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.
Systems Analysis and Consolidation
Evaluate existing systems, including QuickBooks Online, Expensify, Bamboo, ADP, and Lattice, for compatibility and scalability.
Facilitate system selection, focusing on options like Workday and Netsuite.
Assess the global compatibility of systems to support offices in the U.S., London, and India.
Process Optimization
Document current workflows, systems architecture, and key exceptions.

Required
15+ years of program management experience in business/enterprise systems selection and implementation
Proven experience with Workday, Netsuite, and QuickBooks; familiarity with other financial and HR systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of system integrations, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams globally.
Experience working with startups or mid-size companies experiencing rapid growth.
Ability to create compelling visuals, timelines, and reports to drive decision-making.
