Responsibilities

Leverage creative problem-solving to design innovative, cost-effective, and functional faucet products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.

Study consumer behaviors and competitive products to develop innovative solutions.

Coordinate concept development across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stacks, and develop detailed technical drawings.

Optimize design using DfM principles to ensure reliable mass production.

Required

Bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited program.

Minimum of 4 years of mechanical engineering experience including partnering with electronics engineering for electromechanical systems.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of CAD modeling.

Hands-on fabrication and prototyping skills

International and domestic travel as needed

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred

Candidates with electromechanical experience integrating pumping, valving, heating, refrigeration technologies, and electronics prototyping (Arduino, Breadboard, etc).
