Responsibilities

Provide Project Control/Contract Financial Management including planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of monthly detailed financial information.

Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, costs, and attend briefings to validate project status.

Provide revenue data for forecasts, participate in budgeting, and maintain estimates at completions.

Establish Work Breakdown Structures, Basis of Estimates, and detailed Budgets as required.

Ensure adherence to accounting principles and corporate policies related to contract financials.

Participate in new business proposals, project projections, and analysis of requirements.

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple work phases and possess excellent computer skills.

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of ten (15) years of Project Control or related experience, or Master’s Degree and eight (10) years of experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance

Requires US Citizenship

Current DoD Secret or higher is highly desired

Well versed in Government Contracting and comprehensive understanding of compliance with Government contracting requirements and terms and conditions

Strong background working with multiple contract types including cost-type contracts (CPFF), time and materials (T&M), and firm fixed price (FFP/FFPLOE)

Experience in providing detailed cost reports for internal and external clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working knowledge of the accounting structure typically found in a government contractor

Customer Focused and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple work phases

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and Adobe)
