Sr. Project Manager, Customer Success

Responsibilities
Deliver successful projects meeting organizational and customer goals.
Develop & maintain detailed project plans, schedules, & budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Communicate and collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams).
Communicate and collaborate regularly with external stakeholders (Customers, AHJ’s, Vendors, and Contractors)
Liaise with client, engineers, permitting authorities, government, sub-contractors etc.
Complete audit functions on projects during the construction and operations phases
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including EHS standards.
Be a safety leader by promoting a strong culture of safety in all facets of the role.
Provide regular project updates to management & stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field, or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing large capital projects, with a focus on power generation, or industrial processing plants.
Expert knowledge of design development process, including direct experience with civil, structural, architectural, & MEP coordination.
Demonstrated experience managing construction project budgets, timelines, & cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of renewable power generation technologies and industry standards.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for power plant construction and operation.
Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence positively a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Professional-level capabilities with standard project management tools (MS Suite, Project, Primavera, etc.).
Preferred
PMP Certification is a plus.
Demonstrated success in full lifecycle project management roles in any of the following markets: Utility-scale power generation, Industrial chemical processing/refining, Critical Infrastructure/data centers.
Understanding of battery energy storage system applications and operational strategies.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time to international and domestic locations, as needed, per project.
Able to wear a variety of protective equipment as required by safety procedures and regulations.
Able to work in severe weather conditions.
Able to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
