Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and improve framework Azure DevOps (ADO) templates.

Organize and lead team recurring meetings. Set agenda and capture key discussion points, action items, wins, blockers, and items needing attention.

Facilitate and participate in creating team framework documentation.

Coordinate with program director for sprint planning, progress, health, and roadblocks.

Coordinate Partner meetings and workshops with various stakeholders.

Administer SharePoint environments/lists/forms/workflows.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Must be able to work remotely in North Dakota or Minnesota. Applicants not currently residing in one of these states will not be considered.

5+ years experience in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO) projects is a must.

Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams.

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).

Passion for excellence and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.

Executive presence and communication.

Preferred

Experience with Power BI is a plus.
