Responsibilities
Managing project plans, timelines, risks, and issues
Developing project artifacts such as charters and work plans
Overseeing design and development work
Facilitating SDLC processes
Ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications
Providing regular status updates
Presenting project progress to leadership
Fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers
Supporting critical project phases as needed

Required
Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management for state or federal projects (Texas experience preferred).
Extensive experience leading legacy modernization projects.
Strong knowledge of PMBOK and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaboratively in diverse team environments.
Proven problem-solving skills and readiness to meet project deadlines.
Preferred
PMP Certification.
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework.
Familiarity with statewide systems in Texas.
Experience with low-code/no-code solutions.
Knowledge of the State of Texas QAT process for Major Information Resources Projects (MIRP).
