Responsibilities
Lead organization-wide performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality
Conduct data analysis and create data displays to inform quality improvement efforts
Manage compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, facilitating visits from regulatory agencies
Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical pathways
Mentor and guide quality consultants and other healthcare leaders in quality improvement methodologies

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience in a large acute care hospital or healthcare system
Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards, including those from Joint Commission and CMS
Proven ability to apply performance improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Advanced quantitative skills for data analysis and interpretation
Preferred
Experience in high-value care initiatives or value-based care models
Familiarity with healthcare payment and reimbursement systems
Previous clinical experience in nursing or pharmacy
Established network within healthcare associations and organizations
Engagement in scholarly work related to clinical effectiveness and high-value care
